We offer normal shipping which is 3-5 days (excluding Sundays) and Express shipping which is 1-2 days (excluding Sundays), so you can choose the delivery service that suits you best.

Please remember that shipping times are separate from our processing times, as each personalised item is made especially for you.

As all our products are personalised and made to order, please allow up to 5 working days for us to create and prepare your order before dispatch.

We are a small business, and during particularly busy periods, processing times may be longer due to increased demand. We always do our very best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible!

As our products are personalised and made especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

However, if your item arrives faulty, damaged or with an error in the personalisation that was made by us, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help put things right.

If your order has arrived damaged, please take clear photographs of both the item and its original packaging, as these may be needed to investigate the issue with our delivery provider.
