Processing Time

All tees and hoodies are designed and printed by hand in the UK. Your item will take 7 working days to be handprinted and dispatched. By purchasing an item you agree to the stated delivery date.  In the event of any change you will be notified of a revised delivery date by email.

All items are dispatched by Hermes. Estimated delivery time frames are 2-3 working days. Please note that we are stating the estimated delivery time, and Palm.Prints.Love cannot be held accountable for any third party delays.

Emails and Social Media pages are only manned Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. We will endeavour to get back to you with 48hr excl. weekends.


We get it! Sometimes you just want to return your item/s and get your money back. The item needs to be in its original condition and must show no signs of wear. We have a 14-day return policy from when the order was delivered to you. We do not offer a free return policy. You will have to pay the return postage.  

Unfortunately, some items are non-cancelable, non exchangeable and non-refundable:

  • Anything that’s personalised or that can't be resold due to a bespoke element.


All returns received within 14 days will be refunded back to your original payment method.

Refund can take up to 7 days to process.

If you are requesting a refund within 15 and 30 days of the item being delivered to you, we’ll give you a PPL gift voucher for the equivalent price you paid for the item.


We do not accept returns outside of the returns period above. If you return any items after this time, we will return the item/s back to you and ask you to cover the cost.

All items are inspected on return.

Returns are your responsibility until they reach us. You need to obtain proof of postage to show you have returned the item/s. Please ensure it is packed up properly.


We are happy to exchange your item if it is unsuitable.

Please note we can only exchange for the same product, different size. If you are looking to order something completely different then please send the item back for a refund and place another online.

On receipt of the returned items we will issue you with a refund within 7 days.

Please remember:
• The goods must be returned to us unused and in its original condition for a refund. If unwanted goods are not resalable then we cannot provide a refund.
• We will normally process your refund to your credit/debit card or PayPal account within 7 working days of its receipt, or will despatch to you an alternative where agreed. Refunds take up to 7 working days to be refunded. 
• Delivery charges, return postage and gift wrapping/gift message charges are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty

Oh no! We’re really sorry you have received a faulty item. Please get in touch with our returns team with the details and photos on we can get this sorted for you.


Received the wrong item?

Sometimes you might get an item that you didn’t order. It doesn’t happen often but if it does please get in touch with us at We will cover the return costs and send out a replacement free of charge.
